I found quite an interesting article about cosmetic procedures. I'm not really against it but I'm surprised and frankly even shocked by how she talked about the whole procedure, like it's a trivial thing, something to be done between having a lunch and going back to work.
What do you think, would you ever consider having something like that done to you? There is also a short video for those of you who are not squeamish.

  1. On a possibly related point, People Magazine named Gwyneth Paltrow the world's most beautiful woman a few days ago:

As this article mentions, a lot of people are disagreeing. I take no position on the question myself, but I do think it's a truly staggering coincidence that the world's most beautiful woman two years ago was Jennifer Lopez, world-famous movie star, last year's was Beyonce, world-famous singer and recording artist, and this year's is Paltrow, another famous actress who just happens to be starring in a blockbuster movie in current release, "Iron Man 3." I mean, what are the odds??? There are about 3.5 billion women on the planet. America has less than 5 percent of these, the show-business industry is some much tinier fraction, and wealthy, hugely successful stars are a much tinier fraction even of that. And yet somehow the world's most beautiful woman keeps turning up among this elite .0000000000000000000001 percent of the world's population! Someone should investigate this statistical anomaly and see if it can be scientifically explained ;-)
